I found out that the card was corrupt and had been wiped :shrug: so purchased a new SD card with Igo 8 on it which is what it was using before, still the same message no software found, so I have trawled the net hear there and everywhere since found lots of posts with the same problem as myself but not many fixes, I did find one which sounded promising but when I tried it half way through pressing various options found that the next icon flag with a cross on it was not on my unit :shrug: obviously these units vary, but last night stumbled across another hopeful solution it was saying make sure where it says NavOne.exe on my unit to make sure it is exactly the same spelling lowercase or uppercase ect.on my SD card so at last I come to my question. /rebates/&252fnavioneexe-gps.
